Silverstone Luxury Homes is a family-founded design and construction studio building custom estates across the East Valley. Kim leads construction, Elisia leads design, and together they form the power couple that founded Silverstone. They work from the same drawings, in the same room, on the same project — which sounds ordinary until you've watched a builder and a designer try to align after the fact.
We build a small number of homes each year, focusing on quality rather than volume. Being a cookie-cutter builder never suited our vision. Our homes are often substantial in scale, with many ranging from 9,000 to 18,000 square feet, though size alone doesn't define the projects we take on. What matters is the level of detail, complexity, and care involved. The work demands our full attention, and keeping our volume intentionally limited allows us to give every home the focus it deserves.
